# CORE TEAM

Developers are the people in Trident who work on the production of the bot. The developers are responsible for creating updates for the bot, along with making sure that the bot is running properly, and fixing bugs.

# MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Management Team work with the development team to make sure that the bot is running smoothly. They are tasked with posting outages in the #outages channel, overseeing the operation’s status, along with proposing new ideas and handling suggestions for the bot. Managers are also responsible for managing all external affairs regarding Trident along with events, affiliates & support team. Managers are also tasked with overseeing the staff team, and the support channel inside of the support server. they make sure that everyone is properly following the support guidelines, and moderates users who break them. They are responsible for punishing staff members, along with onboarding them via interviews and a written application.

# SENIOR STAFF

Senior Support are the senior members of the staff team. They supervise the trainees and regular support staff and are always available to provide assistance. These people should be the first people to go to in need of a question that cannot be answered as regular support staff.

# SUPPORT TEAM

Support Staff are your basic staff members, these people have passed their 2-week trial period and were invited to the staff team with a permanent seat. They are tasked with helping people with support inquiries and moderating the chats.

# TRIAL SUPPORT

Trial Support members are staff members who are still in their trial phase. They have yet to complete their two-week trial phase and are the newest members of our staff team. They are solely tasked with helping members inside of our #support channel, as they do not have the same moderation permissions as the Support Staff.
